What you give us

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, the river you are interested in, your group size, your estimated trip dates, and anything you write in the message field. If you call or email us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up on your trip.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, confirm guide availability, quote and plan your trip, send booking and payment details, and contact you about changes to your trip. If you have fished with us before, we may reach out about openings or upcoming seasons. Tell us to stop and we will.

What we collect automatically

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Search Console. These tools collect standard usage data: pages visited, time on page, approximate location, device and browser type, and the site or search that sent you here. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the guides working your trip, and with the services that run this business: our website host, our email provider, and our invoicing and payment processor. We will disclose information if required by law.

Payment information

We do not collect or store card numbers on this website. Deposits and balances are handled through invoices sent separately, and payment details go directly to the payment processor.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client records as long as they are useful for running the business, including repeat bookings and tax records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to keep it.

Photography

We photograph trips and may use those images in marketing. Tell your guide if you would rather not appear in any photos and we will respect it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Parents booking a family trip submit the inquiry on behalf of everyone in the group.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser add-on, and you can block cookies in your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
